Handmade Jewellery: Please note that each piece that is described as handmade or handcrafted will take 4 - 6 weeks production time. Please get in touch if you need an order for a certain date and we will do our best to accommodate. 

All Other Products: Shipped within 1-2 working days. 

FREE worldwide shipping is now available for purchases over 200€!

All courier packages are shipped from Cyprus via DHL using a tracked service. The approximate delivery time depends on the destination but averages 1-2 working days! We recommend this option if you live in a remote area, or need you order for a certain date; birthday or special event. This is currently the only option available for Australia and New Zealand.

All standard packages are shipped from Cyprus via CyprusPost - registered and tracked. The approximate delivery time depends on the destination but averages 7-10 working days.

We now offer in store collection. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our jewellery products, your order might take 4-6 weeks before it's ready for collection. Upon placing your order, you are welcome to get in touch for us to give you an estimation of production time. 

Where possible, we always mark the item as a gift for a low value so that you don't incur additional customs fees. While we are not responsible for any import fees incurred at your destination by your local government, we do try our best to minimise this for you as much as possible.
