FAQs

How long will my order take to ship?

Handmade orders can take 4-6 weeks to be made and dispatched, but are often ready sooner. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us directly at staceyhare@gmail.com.

Ready to ship pieces (ie. clothing or vintage jewellery) will be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days.

Will I be changed at customs?

Duties and taxes for international shipments are not included in your shipping costs. Where possible, we always mark our shipments as gifts but items purchased outside of the EU may incur a customs fee.

I want to buy a ring as a gift but don't know the size, what should I do?

Contact us directly at staceyhare@gmail.com and we will do our best to guide you via email or phone call to get the ring to the closest possible size.  If it doesn't fit we're happy to resize the ring free of charge, so long as it's left unworn and returned in a perfect condition, within 10 days of purchase.

Do you make your pieces in other metals such as gold?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, most items are also available in 9CT & 18CT gold upon request - yellow, rose (pink) and white gold. Please email staceyhare@gmail.com for a quote.

Do you do bespoke or take on commissions?

We strongly believe that quality jewellery should be accessible to people of all ages, genders, ethnicities, bodies types and and budget, therefore, we offer a bespoke service to cater for that.

Although we post a lot of content online that reflects our personal aesthetic, if you have a preference of style, design, or material - we are open minded!

No two people are exactly the same - so feel welcome to be as descriptive as you please in you initial email. Please include:

  • Name
  • Contact Number
  • Description of the Design Concept
  • Metal Preference
  • Ring size, or dimensions (if possible)
